A Reflection is an embedded agent who fits seamlessly into the indigenous population of the target planet. The United Systems scientists breed the subject to accelerated maturity with enhanced technological advantages for the mission. This agent went to Earth, assigned to find out why the other Earth reflections no longer reported back to Mission Control.
The original mission planned with precision goes awry at the very onset and the Reflection must adapt, enlist allies and fight back to survive. The expected cloak and dagger coexistence with enemy agents of the Planetary Cooperative turns into outright open hostilities when war breaks out in space, and as above, so below.
Actively hunted by this now aggressive enemy, Mission Control diverts resources to aid the war effort and abandons the Reflection. The life and death struggle becomes a classic cat and mouse, hunter and hunted scenario. The sole remaining Reflection Agent on Earth, along with her lover and black-ops government agents team up. The Reflection and her Earth allies try to take out the mounting enemy threat before it gets to them first.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I had this concept in my mind for a while. The ease of self-publication through Amazon made it easy to bring to life.
How is writing Science Fiction different from other genres?
SciFi allows you to unleash your imagination and there are no bounds to what you can or cannot do.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
A strong female lead character that knew everything but was innocent and ignorant of the ways of the world intrigued me. A subordinate male that provides the missing puzzle pieces to this female and teaches her the ways of the was a challenge. The comic interplay was captivating to write.
“Who are you?” the RM officer asked the seated individual, “And what are you?” He received an immediate response.
“I am Subject 54,” the body before the officer stated. “I am a reflection. I am a perfect mimic of the indigenous top life form of the target planet. Bred to infiltrate, I have an implanted knowledge database of the mission area I am assigned to. The micro frame nanoprocessor will interpolate all questions asked of me. It will feed me the proper response at the speed of thought and that is what I will answer. This native information allows me to mirror a natural inhabitant. This defines the reflection designation. I am assigned…” The official curtailed any further detail.
About the Author:
I am a lifelong resident of the eastern PA/Philadelphia area. I also spent three years in the US Army stationed up and down the east coast. I am a fan of anything quirky, off-beat and unexplained. I now have the time to write as I prepare to retire from my career as a buyer of hi-tech electronics for a local manufacturer. I need to get these stories out of my head and down on paper or electronic media.
My books to date are all lighthearted fiction-fantasy-romance-science fiction and it is hard to contain them in any particular genre box since they cross over the lines. And that's part of my personality, too. I don't always color between the lines and writing accords a freedom to do as you wish, not as you're told.
